A grouping of three buildings on a greenfield site adjoining the Metropolitan Green Belt at Leatherhead. Two of the buildings provide 35,000 sq ft of office space, while the largest building offers 45,000 sq ft.

EPR were directly invited to design the scheme following the success of their competition winning masterplan and buildings for Oracle in Solihull.

All three building have recently been completed and occupied by Logica.
