The Curragh Racecourse Hotel is the first phase of a broader masterplan to redevelop the public enclosures at the Curragh.

The brief was to provide a 72 bed hotel to a 4 star rating with large restaurant, bar facilities and leisure centre.The building is simply organised with 3 floors of bedrooms over 2 floors of leisure and restaurant/bar/reception spaces.

The building looks to the south over the racecourse with balconies and stepped terraced lawns providing viewing points on race days. The intention is that the building will sit alongside and link into the main grandstand and will enable conferences, exhibitions and events to take place on non race days but will also function efficiently on race days.
