This new Marriott Hotel is located in a prime position close to Junction 21 of the M1. It is designed as a landmark builidng on a well landscaped site in the Grove Park Commercial Centre.

The six-storey builidng has its focal space a full height entrance atrium. The project contains 225 bedrooms as well as public facilities including a function / conference centre, meeting rooms, health club, coffee lounge, restaurant and bar.
