Mentmore Towers will be the ‘Country House’ hotel run in conjuction with the In & Out Club. Mentmore Towers is Grade One Listed and set in a Grade Two Listed landscape. Aylesbury Vale have recently granted Planning Consent ( subject to legal agreement ) for the conversion of this grade one listed property to be a 'six star plus' luxury hotel with 101 suites.

EPR have designed the scheme which involves the creation of a new 62 bedroom wing which fits into the slope of the existing terraced grounds. The property originally designed by Sir Joseph Paxton ( Great Exhibition & Crystal Palace ) for Baron Mayer Rothschild and was formerly the home of Lord Rosebury - the Prime Minister.
