A major refurbishment of this existing 200 bedroom hotel and golf club. This refurbishment also reviewed the existing space planning to achive additional bedrooms and meeting rooms.

Parts of the hotel dated back to the 1500’s so English Heritage were consulted regarding the refurbishment of the public areas and bedrooms.
