The proposal is for the redevelopment of the building and adjacent sites around the building known as Majestic House in Staines, Surrey.

The development comprises of approximately 270, 000sq ft net of offices over 6 levels, with retail and leisure at ground floor fronting onto the High Street.
Currently scheme is being progressed with an anticipated submission for detailed planning in mid 2006
