Back is an office development of two buildings which can be combined to
create 120,000ft² over five storeys. It is in a prime office location
close to the city centre of Bristol and runs along the floating harbour
between St Phillip’s Bridge and Temple Bridge. The site lies within
a conservation area and the design has respected these parameters by retaining
the south wall of the existing building.
The high quality office has been designed to take advantage
of its location and views along with flexible tenanting opportunities.
This flexibility in design creates the opportunity to meet the end users
own requirements before finalising the scheme.
At the northern end of the site a residential scheme of
14 units has been incorporated with a commercial unit at ground level.
One and two bed units are located on the floors above taking in the views
of the floating harbour.
