Savoy
Court is a Grade 11 Listed terracotta clad building forming part of the
Savoy Hotel Development, area: 6,000 m. When vacated the dilapidated services
and finishes together with poorly located and finished office entrance
combined to inhibit prospects of reletting and in consequence reduce longer
term asset value.
Working within the
constraints of the building's listing EPR were able to negotiate with
English Heritage and Westminster City Council to produce a dramatically
improved identity and design for the entrance and entrance hall.
