Specifically targeted at media or serviced office occupiers, the two buildings, dating from the 1920’s and the 1950’s, have been refurbished and extended to provide a hi-tech air conditioned office environment with a market leading IT installation including broadband and fibre optic networks.

Planned around a central atrium, the existing industrial character has been enhanced with exposed services and timber floors. There is a new glazed pavilion on the roof, with a timber deck for entertaining, while the basement provides a range of meeting rooms and facilities for a coffee bar and reception area.

The project was completed in March 2002.
