The project at 209-226 Tottenham Court Road is a remodelling of the existing island block development for the Corporation of London. Currently occupied by a mixture of tenants, the four buildings which make up the scheme will be completely refurbished.

Following enhancement by EPR, the buildings will consist of a mixture of both existing structure and new insertions, designed to complement the original buildings while creating a striking scheme. Larger, improved quality retail units will be provided on Tottenham Court Road, with refurbished studio type office accommodation above, accessed from new reception spaces on Alfred Place.
