JOINT VENTURE
In order to widen their client base and carry out a wider range of projects, including PFIs, EPR Architects have formed a joint venture with Greenhill Jenner Ltd. The combined practices have a total of 120 staff and are able to resource work throughout the country from their London Base.

Greenhill Jenner Architects have specialised in the design and delivery of healthcare buildings for 25 years and have established a strong track record of delivering imaginative architectural solution within the NHS and healthcare environment. They are particularly experienced in working on projects within existing buildings.

EPR bring their wide range of experience in other market sectors including fast track interior fit outs, hotels and PFI. Healthcare experience includes both acute and primary care, hospitals, hospices, mental health units, clinics and ward conversions. The joint venture has recently won a project for a Diagnostic Treatment Centre in the Chelsea & Westminster Hospital and has been selected for two Procure 21 Teams. They are actively tendering for Health Trust advisory and LIFT projects.
