EPR Everyone Strategy

As proud advocates of equality, diversity and inclusion, we want EPR Architects to be a place where everyone can thrive and everyone feels welcome. Our aspiration is a workforce that reflects the communities we work within at all levels; therefore, we are committed to nurturing a diverse pipeline of talent — both within our studios and the wider construction industry.

Our Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Working Group aims to empower the widest possible pool of talent to thrive and has been working closely with our partners at Built By Us to develop and deliver the EPR Everyone Strategy. Informed by the entire practice through a series of staff focus groups and opinion surveys, the inaugural strategy sets out our commitment to equality, diversity and inclusion — including a five-year vision for the evolution of the practice.
