2 Waterhouse Square completed in October 2011. It is part of the historic Alfred Waterhouse Holborn Bars Prudential offices development on High Holborn. Grade II* listed, the building is a complex series of spaces and incorporates construction from the 1890s through to the 1990s extension, also by EPR Architects.The brief was to refurbish the existing building to provide approximately 170,000 square feet of high quality speculative office accommodation and achieve a BREEAM ‘Very Good’ rating.
