A planning application was submitted in November 2011 to provide new contemporary office space with retail units at ground floor in a part new-build part-refurbishment scheme on Grafton Street in the heart of Mayfair. The scheme looks to replace all the existing 1960s facades with a contemporary Portland stone façade to the Grafton Street elevation and curtain walling with vertical fritted glass brise soleil to the rear elevations.
