Riverlight started on site in September 2011. It is a mixed-use development of six buildings between 12 and 20 storeys, providing 806 apartments, retail, restaurant and café uses, and office space. Designed by Rogers Stirk Harbour + Partners. EPR Architects have been appointed as Executive Architects to assist St James to deliver one of the most exciting residential projects in London. EPR Architects are also responsible for the design of the new Spa and Leisure facilities within the development.
