King's Road Park
Residents' Facilities

Fulham

King’s Road Park Residents’ Facilities is a continuation of the wider King’s Road Park development, creating and celebrating external spaces which are centred around the architectural language and history of the site.

As the centrepiece facility of the development, EPR’s design as architects and interior designers of the 2,000m² floor plan takes inspiration from Neo-Victorian styling, emphasising a botanical and pastoral language through natural light, exposed structures and an honest materials palette.

The easy elegance of the furnishings in natural, artisan, warm hue materials are designed to enable flexible working, socialising and relaxing within one environment. Coupled with the lush landscaping, this creates a uniquely immersive experience through elements usually integrated within bespoke hospitality environments.

Careful attention has been given to separate the spaces both visibly and audibly, whilst providing a constant reminder that the project is firmly rooted in the history and essence of Fulham.
