Set within a new 14-acre park nestled between the Battersea Power Station and the new US Embassy, this contemporary 13-storey office building has been designed with sustainability and wellness at its core. 

The 230,000ft² project will create Class A, high-quality office space, in addition to two ground-floor retail units and a single-storey basement, and will be an exemplar in the area with regard to quality, sustainability and wellbeing.

EPR’s proposals extend the greenery and positive wellness attributes of the park into the building; moving up from the reception, with planting on all external terraces and an abundance of biodiversity on the roof terrace and rooftop. The design’s enhanced wellbeing measures incorporate a strong focus on improved tenant amenity spaces and facilities. This includes the introduction of terraces on all office floors, internal flexible space at roof level and generous cycle and end of trip facilities.

The project will achieve BREEAM Outstanding alongside WELL Platinum, Wired Score Platinum and Smart Score accreditation.

Sustainability measures introduced include the utilisation of ultra-efficient air source heat pumps for heating alongside decentralised air handling units within each floor.
