EPR achieves consent for Prince of Wales Drive Phase 3

We are pleased to share that our proposals for Prince of Wales Drive have secured planning consent from Wandsworth Borough Council.
Originally designed by Squire & Partners, EPR was appointed to optimise and deliver Phase 3 of the contemporary mixed-use masterplan scheme, which now features 233 apartments across three towers. Newly consented amendments include an adjusted unit mix increasing the number of family homes, optimised apartment layouts, rationalisation of the façades and the introduction of extensive residents’ amenities linking to the landscaping above by a new glazed pavilion.
When complete, Prince of Wales Drive Phase 3 will offer a sophisticated and considered collection of spacious apartments set within 2.5 acres of beautifully landscaped gardens adjacent to Battersea Power Station.
