EPR #BreakTheBias for International Women's Day 2022

Iwd 2022 Banner 2

We are proud to be celebrating International Women’s Day 2022; a global event that marks a call to action for accelerating gender equality. The theme this year is #BreakTheBias — whether deliberate or unconscious, bias makes it difficult for women to move ahead. In support of this year’s campaign, we are standing united in this year’s pose with our arms crossed to show our commitment to challenging inequality.

In our continued efforts to help level the playing field, we are investing in inclusive recruitment training and new talent search services that will allow us to access a more diverse pool of talent. Furthermore, our new diversity action plan will ensure all underrepresented groups in architecture, including women, can thrive within our practice.

EPR's support of the W Programme for six consecutive years signifies our dedication to championing people who identify as women and non-binary as a united voice and fostering respect and equal opportunities in the built environment.
