EPR honoured with City Heritage Award

The EPR Hotel design team are honoured to have been awarded the 2018 City Heritage Award for our scheme, The Ned. Nominated by the City Planning offices, the accolade is presented for the best conservation/ refurbishment project completed in the City during the past 12 months. 

Celebrating high quality design and contribution of a building to central London, the assessors were pleased that "a new and sustainable use had been found for this important building, inserting into the existing fabric with great ingenuity and sympathy for the original character".
