EPR secure planning for Brighton's first build-to-rent offer

© Epr Architects Longley Place Entrance

EPR’s proposals for Longley Place have been granted planning consent by Brighton and Hove Council.  The redevelopment of the former Longley Industrial Estate will support Brighton’s ambition to regenerate the London Road Central Area and surrounding environment, offering a rare opportunity to transform warehouse brownfield site into a new vibrant place.

“Longley Place provides a new architectural typology for the build-to rent sector; a multi-use building comprising creative live and work community spaces which contribute to Brighton’s rich entrepreneurial artists, makers and tech creatives”.
