Lyle Park West achieves planning approval

Lyle Park West News Cover Image

On Tuesday evening EPR’s proposals for Lyle Park West received resolution to grant planning permission by Newham Council.

The residential-led mixed-use development features a central 20-storey tower flanked by two lower 12-storey buildings on a site south of West Silvertown station. It will provide 252 much-needed homes (of which 35% will be affordable) and 1,078m2 of commercial space, whilst enhancing the public realm, improving connectivity and creating a bustling local centre with flexible retail and leisure space.

EPR's project team produced a sensitive, high-quality design featuring built-in acoustic mitigation strategies in order to fulfil a technically challenging brief. We are delighted to continue working on this exciting scheme.
