Planning secured for New Butterfly Hotel

St Martins Place

Plans for the redevelopment of 7-8 St Martin’s Place for Best Effort Ventures Limited has been granted planning approval by Westminster City Council.

Situated within the Trafalgar Square Conservation Area, opposite the National Portrait Gallery, 7-8 St Martin’s Place was originally constructed as an office building in the late 1950’s.  Our design will reconfigure and reinvent the existing building to create a new stylish hotel, consisting of 136 guestrooms, new reception and lobby area.  A new roof extension with a sky bar, restaurant and terrace will offer views over Trafalgar Square.
