The evolution of workplace design
19 May 2021

As an official programme champion, we are delighted to announce the launch of ‘WRK/LDN: Office Revolution?’, a report by New London Architecture exploring how workspaces across London have evolved in response to the pandemic and how they will need to adapt for the future. EPR is proud to have both supported and steered the publication’s research, with EPR Main Board Director Jason Balls providing his insights and opinions on upcoming trends in workplace design.
The launch coincides with another celebration for EPR: the practical completion of 60 London Wall — an innovative office scheme situated at the heart of the traditional prime core of the City of London. As showcased within the report, this substantial sustainability-driven project has extensively refurbished, reconfigured, reinvented and repositioned a postmodern office building to provide efficient high-quality modern workplace accommodation with a prime retail offering at ground-floor level.
To learn about the key challenges the sector is facing, in addition to the lessons learned to return to the office and to ultimately ‘build back better’, you can read ‘WRK/LDN: Office Revolution?’ here.
