Home Grown

Marylebone

Home Grown is an exclusive private members’ club for high-growth entrepreneurs, investors and world-class business leaders. The sister club of the historic Home House, Home Grown is situated across four elegant Grade II listed five-storey Georgian townhouses within the Portman Estate Conservation Area of the City of Westminster.

EPR’s design sensitively converted the formerly separate terrace premises (circa 1810) into a single building; refurbishing and restoring the five existing floors, completing external works and providing a new mansard extension which has preserved and enhanced the heritage of the building.

We collaborated with Russell Sage Studio to deliver a plethora of unique and eclectic spaces to socialise, work and network. A mix of traditional and modern eccentricity, the homely interiors feature a colourful mix-match of furniture, hand-painted lifts and a series of ‘home away from home’ living areas iconic to Home House’s brand.

The stylish townhouses include 35 boutique guest rooms, a brasserie-style restaurant, a study café, executive business lounges, bars, meeting rooms, private dining rooms and event spaces for use by club members and their guests.
