Set across the seventh floor of 30 Millbank, the layout of EPR Architects' offices follows the building's Y-shape, creating a studio atmosphere, rather than an office setting. Each workstation joins together to create three desks of 45m each, which curve along each axis. There are meeting areas and tea points, and an abundance of natural light, with stunning views across the capital.
A greeting area and a suite of meeting rooms is provided on the sixth floor. In addition, the EPR Model Making department occupies separate facilities in ground level workshops
