Studio Culture

We are proud of the creative, sociable and welcoming community that makes EPR Architects such a great place to work. 


Our studio is a place of nurture and learning where people can thrive. EPR has an extensive in-house mentorship programme and holds regular internal presentations, lectures and debates in addition to structured and unstructured CPD events.


We embrace equality, diversity and inclusion, assisted by our EPR Everyone Strategy. Developed in collaboration with our diversity consultant at Built By Us, this includes a five-year action plan to attract and retain diverse talent.


As well as organising regular social occasions, we encourage cultural activities such as cinema clubs and gallery visits. We greatly value hand drawing as a design skill and provide regular life drawing classes for all staff in our London headquarters.


Our many sporting activities include softball and tennis tournaments, an annual triathlon and regular 7-aside football games. We also provide a weekly yoga class as part of our commitment to staff welfare and fitness.
