Biodiversity
Net Gain

We are proud of the Urban Greening and Biodiversity Net Gain credentials of our projects. We recognise this as an important aspect in its own right, which intersects with other aspects of sustainability including thermal benefits and water attenuation.

OSMO

Sitting in the heart of the new Nine Elms linear park, OSMO is one of the greenest office buildings in London. Our design concept brings the greenery of the park into the building; we have over 2,000 living plants from reception to rooftop. The planting and natural materials bring with them the mental and physical wellness benefits such as fresher air and reduced stress levels.

THE RESIDENT

The previously ecology-barren site of this boutique hotel will now have planted habitats at ground, balcony and roof level. Developed with sustainability at its heart, the hotel will enhance and future-proof the site. EPR’s proposals seek to reduce the scheme’s carbon footprint through a series of thoughtful design solutions, including optimising the façade’s design to minimise energy consumption and solar gain, introducing a low embodied carbon ventilation system and vastly improving on-site biodiversity.

60 LONDON WALL

The terraced sky gardens of our reimagined office building provide intentional habitats, incorporating bird and bat boxes. Designed with sustainability at its core, 60 London Wall has achieved a BREEAM rating of Outstanding and a 2 Star Fitwel certification. Our design optimises the thermal performance of the building’s fabric, achieves efficient water consumption and supports sustainable transport.
