All new staff and new managers are invited to take part in our well-established mentorship scheme, which is designed to provide the support they need to flourish. Appropriate assistance is provided for those working with dyslexia and other learning difficulties.
EPR is proud to support a healthy work-life balance including flexible and hybrid working, and an enhanced parental leave package. We strongly support the use of cycling, both for commuting and travelling to meetings, through our staff cycle-to-work scheme and onsite shower facilities.
We offer weekly yoga and meditation classes in our London studio, which also includes gender-neutral washrooms on every floor and a well-being room. This space can be used by staff for prayer, meditation, when feeling unwell, or by nursing mothers.
Our trained mental health first aiders are on hand for anyone in need of support or direction to additional help. All staff have access to our confidential Employee Assistance Programme, which provides further advice and resources.
