EPR has held LRQA ISO 19650-2 accreditation since 2022 as a Project Delivery Provider. This gives clients confidence that our BIM and information management processes are structured, tested and consistently applied across the practice. Our Services
BIM Strategy and Consultancy
We advise clients and project teams on how to structure, manage and procure digital information effectively. Our services include BIM competency assessments, workflow reviews, information requirement strategies and project-specific processes aligned with ISO 19650-2. By defining clear digital requirements early, we help our clients improve collaboration and align BIM deliverables with project, operational and commercial objectives.
BIM Management and Delivery
We support projects from briefing and tender stages through to technical delivery and handover. This includes Employer’s Information Requirements, BIM Execution Plans, responsibility matrices, model review processes and project information workflows. Our role is to give project teams a clear framework for producing, exchanging and reviewing information consistently.
Existing Building Capture
Reliable existing building information is critical to refurbishment, retrofit and complex site-based projects. We advise on survey strategies including point cloud surveys, 3D scanning and drone-based photogrammetry, working with trusted specialist partners where required. Captured survey data can be developed into accurate Revit models, helping clients reduce uncertainty and understand existing constraints from the outset.
Model Compliance Checks
We provide model federation, audit and coordination services across architectural, structural, MEP and specialist consultant models. Through structured model reviews and clash detection, we help identify potential issues before they become costly site problems – improving communication, buildability and risk management.
Data Management and Handover
We help clients define, manage and receive project information in formats that support both delivery and long-term operation. This can include COBie exports, asset data, project information sheets, structured operation and maintenance information and handover documentation, supporting facilities management and future asset management.
Visualisation
Our visualisation services help clients, planning authorities, stakeholders and project teams understand design proposals with clarity. We produce CGI imagery, animations, fly-throughs, walk-throughs and photomontages to support communication, approvals, marketing and engagement.
Physical Modelling and 3D Printing
Physical models remain a powerful tool for testing, communicating and understanding design. Our 3D printing workflows are integrated with BIM and other 3D modelling platforms, allowing for accurate physical models to be produced directly from digital design information.
Integrated Digital Support
Our wider digital capabilities include model federation, visualisation, virtual reality, EIR and BEP production, CDE setup, COBie, structured asset information, digital handover support and BIM integration with architectural and interior design services.
