The re-launched Marriott Heathrow Conference, Banquet & Event Spaces offer a high level of comfort, variety and flexibility in the work and play environment. The new facilities reinvent a tired conference suite into a dynamic and vibrant environment to support and promote productive and innovative meetings and social events.
We opened up the existing footprint of the hotels first floor conference suites and extended it into adjoining under-used and non-revenue-generating back of house areas to provide generous free-flowing spaces with improved flexibility and connectivity. Two multifunctional bars at each end of the floor plan act as gravitational anchors, providing adaptable centrepieces for guests to meet, collaborate or catch up on email.
The interior design theme subtly references the airport location, featuring bespoke carpet patterns inspired by the geometry of the airport runways and discreet travel and flight references incorporated into signage, furniture and accessories. Elegant movable units inspired by vintage luggage trunks can transition from coffee service to cocktail stations and check-in desks for events delegates. Multifunctional bespoke seating booths, window benches and high tables offer the latest technology.
