The Audley

Mayfair

EPR were appointed by Artfarm Group to provide architectural services for the comprehensive refurbishment of a five-storey Grade II listed building located in Mayfair.

Our design proposals provide a unique and contemporary mixed-use destination, comprising a conventional public house on the ground floor, a restaurant on the first floor and event spaces for hosting, entertaining, dining and art exhibitions on the upper floors. The basement level accommodates the main kitchen serving the pub and restaurant, in addition to patron washrooms, plant rooms and staff welfare facilities.

We collaborated with interior designers Luis Laplace and Artfarm Group’s design team consultants to undertake a comprehensive internal refurbishment of the entire building, with the aim of opening up and revealing the building’s historic fabric where possible. The landlord, Grosvenor, was responsible for repairing and redecorating the external elevations in accordance with the previous planning and listed building consents.
