1 Old Bond Street
1 Old Bond Street was originally designed by renowned architect Alfred Waterhouse in 1880 and occupies a prominent corner plot at the junction of Old Bond Street and Piccadilly within the Mayfair Conservation Area. EPR’s design reconfigures and reinvents the existing Grade II listed heritage property, creating a flagship retail store at the gateway to one of the world’s most prestigious retail streets. The scheme provides 3,500ft² of dynamic retail space across the basement, ground and first floor, 1,500ft² of flexible office space and a residential apartment.
