The scheme delivers 365 new BTR and affordable homes of mixed tenure and size, arranged across two lower-rise blocks and a 35-storey tower set adjacent to the Ravensbourne River. The tallest of the town centre’s new developments, the tower features a public rooftop terrace offering panoramic views across London and towards the Surrey Hills.
At ground level, affordable commercial units are designed to attract local independent businesses and support wider regeneration. The scheme also introduces new public spaces, promotes future direct access to the station and restores the historic Silk Mills pedestrian route along the river, reconnecting the site with the town centre.
