Chelsea Riverview

Fulham

EPR’s consented design for Chelsea Riverview provides 110 new homes (including a mix of 37 social rented and shared ownership homes) above 1,095m² of flexible office space targeting the local SME market.

The ten-storey development sensitively responds to the existing and emerging context of the Sands End Conservation Area; stepping down to respect the scale of the adjacent buildings of Arcadian House and creating generous terraces with magnificent views over the Thames towards central London. The linear character of the massing is enhanced by a primary horizontal layering of light coloured reconstituted stone and a secondary layering of vertically ribbed bronze panels which are located between the windows and recessed balconies to add depth to the elevations.

The development will provide public realm improvements along three of its façades. A single basement will also contain residents facilities including a gym, screening room, secure storage, car parking spaces, electric car charging points and cycle storage.
