EPR’s Wrocław studio is dedicated to positively contributing to its locality through impactful projects and by engaging in design workshops focused on the city’s regeneration. Over the past decade, the studio has been entrusted with designing outstanding commercial, hospitality and residential developments that actively support the local market. This includes our super-prime residential scheme, The Upper House, a visionary development that redefines the cityscape.
Additionally, the studio has actively participated in several architectural competitions, reflecting our commitment to shaping the urban landscape in Poland. Beyond local projects, the studio also plays a key role in supporting the growth of EPR’s London and Manchester studios, collaborating on numerous projects in the UK. This includes the ongoing development of the practice’s BIM and visualisation capabilities.
