Hyatt Regency
London Olympia

Kensington

Hyatt Regency London Olympia will form a prominent part of the wider Olympia masterplan development by Heatherwick Studio and SPPARC Architects.

Located on the site of a former multi-storey carpark, the hotel will occupy the luxury lifestyle sector and comprise 204 keys. The current scope involves the partial demolition of the existing structure with the addition of a new façade designed by SPPARC. EPR, alongside interior designers Twenty2Degrees, will be responsible for the internal fit-out of the hotel and facilitating an efficient hotel design in line with a five-star operator’s brand standards.

The guest rooms will occupy seven floors of the hotel, with prime suites taking advantage of floor-to-ceiling glazing in the new sixth and seventh-floor extension. Food and beverage offerings on the hotel ground floor will be limited to a lounge, bar and meeting area which will evolve from day to night. All-day activation of the ground floor and a fully glazed entrance facing further development on Olympia Way will further reinforce the sense of place that will underpin the entire Olympia development.
