The BoTree

Marylebone

EPR’s design transforms a site at the intersection of the affluent Marylebone and Mayfair neighbourhoods to create a luxury hotel that captures the local area’s ‘village’ like feel.

With a focus on personalised service, the vibrant new build hotel comprises 199 guestrooms, including 30 contemporary suites. Exemplifying world-class living, stylish interiors designed by Amsterdam-based designers Concrete, bring together colourful, natural fabrics with eclectic textures. Food and beverage offerings include LAVO, the hotel restaurant from Tao Group Hospitality, offering sophisticated Italian cuisine with coastal flair and The BoTree Bar, offering curated cocktails inspired by vibrant colours, bold botanicals and delicate florals.

Externally, the architecture of The BoTree has been carefully considered to make a lasting impression whilst seamlessly integrating with the surrounding environment. The hotel’s landmark lattice entrance, adorned with delicate flowers and lush greenery, perfectly embodies the essence of the hotel – blending Marylebone flair and Mayfair chic. The bronze twisting fins reveal a welcoming entrance at ground floor level and create an elegant veil to the generous balconies of the hotel’s luxurious corner suites above.
