EPR’s proposals for 26 Chapter Street represent a significant remodelling and repurposing of a tired office building to provide 31 high-quality boutique apartments.
Our interior design concept grew out of a desire to create a quintessentially London aesthetic to complement an address in the heart of Westminster. Inspired by the interiors of Claridge’s Hotel, we sought to reimagine the art deco glamour of a bygone age and create a contemporary take on a classic look. Subtle yet intricate details and contrasting tones highlight the exceptional quality.
Chapter Street’s façade comprises seven storeys of muted Portland stone. Internally, the development’s grand entrance space features an assortment of textures, including rich timber panelling and marble floors.
