Inspired by newly commissioned murals by artist Luke Edward Hall, the interiors capture their pastel tones, whimsical details and lively scenes through a palette of soft colours, playful patterns and bold finishes that carry the spirit of the artwork throughout the restaurant. The brief also called for an uplift of the FF&E, with new tabletops in pastel-toned marble, banquette seating reupholstered in rich mohair fabrics and metal detailing that references the building’s Art Deco architecture. The result is a bright and colourful setting for the hotel’s new restaurant concept.
Rosi’s design also reflects chef Lisa Goodwin-Allen’s culinary philosophy, which emphasises creativity and seasonal British ingredients. EPR’s interiors were inspired by Lisa’s approach by reimagining classic elements with a twist.
