EPR refurbished this seven-storey 1913 period building, which is located within Westminster City Council’s Soho Conservation Area, to provide a fresh and contemporary working environment.

The design of the front elevation was retained by replacing the existing painted timber framed windows with new-to-match double glazed windows. The addition of two new lifts located forward of the main stair core that open directly into the office space improve accessibility. Both serve the ground and seven upper floors.
