EPR achieves consent for former Honey Monster Site

EPR Architects has obtained a resolution to grant planning by Ealing Council for their designs of the new Quayside Quarter masterplan. Commissioned by a joint venture partnership formed between Galliard Homes and O’Shea our brief was to develop a mixed-use masterplan for the former industrial site in Southall. The scheme will provide in excess of 28,000m² of industrial focused creative employment space and 1997 new homes as well as flexible commercial and community space. These complementary mix of uses will be focussed around a series of vibrant, well linked public spaces, each with its own distinct character, including a new canalside park.
Within this masterplanning role EPR led and coordinated the wider design team, developing the architectural design alongside Levitt Bernstein, PRS Architects, AHR Architects and Landscape Architects Gillespies.
