This masterplan and detailed design for the former Marconi site accomodates approximately 27,870m2 of high-quality office space across six elegant pavilion buildings.
Each of the buildings front onto a central tree-lined boulevard, acting as a spine to unify the development. From the hard landscaped public/semi private area of the boulevard, the buildings are set back among landscaped zones, which run from the greenbelt land beyond, into the site, providing a series of more private garden spaces.
The buildings comprise a mixture of two to three storeys across the site. Extensively glazed, they benefit from a predominance of natural daylight and panoramic views.
