A proposal for a mixed-use scheme for a redevelopment opportunity site on Putney High Street currently occupied by a sub-standard two-storey retail building.

The new proposals provide 3,600m2 of high quality double height retail space with smaller community shops around a new landscaped square; and 130 mixed-tenure apartments accessed off a raised roof garden.

The apartments are arranged around the roof garden in blocks of varying heights to address privacy, daylight and sunlight and street scale in a sensitive manner. The highest block on the High Street provides roof top duplexes with views to the river.
