Napier Park

A mix-used masterplan transforming the former 60 acre Vauxhall car plant site into a thriving community.

Napierpark Masterplan

The Luton site has remained empty since it was sold by Vauxhall in 2000. Vauxhall has been associated with the area since 1905 and has been its largest employer for many years. There had been failed attempts to develop the site before we gained outline planning permission for its development in December 2013.

The council wanted the redevelopment to reflect their aspirations for a high quality residential community coupled with an attractive commercial area that would attract high tech companies wanting to locate near to the expanding International Airport.
