This scheme, situated on one of the main approaches into Reading, provides two million sq. ft of commercial, retail and residential space as part of a new District Centre. The design includes two commercial towers above a new retail square, complete with underground servicing. To the east of the retail quarter, a new eco-park is surrounded, and overlooked by 900 new and generously sized residential apartments, creating a fresh approach to suburban living.
