We received planning approval to transform two separate 1960s office buildings into one high-quality development that offers the type of accommodation sought by leading companies looking to locate in Mayfair.

In addition our proposal introduces retail units at the ground floor on Grafton Street that enhance the active frontage and extend the existing prestige retail further along the street. This is all achieved by major structural modifications to the existing buildings, including re-coring but retaining primary structure where practical, and without compromise to the space being created.
