We are delighted to announce the successful planning approval for the comprehensive redevelopment of Woburn & Bedford Court and Wellesley Road, brought forward by Ivel Limited.
Our proposals aim to deliver a safe, sustainable and inclusive mixed-use neighbourhood that revitalises the Wellesley Road Opportunity Area and provides much needed affordable accommodation. The approved development comprises 445 homes, including 156 affordable homes, alongside 1,772m2 of flexible community space, creating an anchor for a new living and working community in Croydon. The redevelopment will also introduce new pedestrian links to enhance the permeability towards Tavistock Road and improve the quantity and quality of the surrounding public realm.
